Welfare Association Talent Human Rights was established to support disabled individuals, who, like other citizens of Pakistan, contribute to society but often face inequality. Disabled people are frequently deprived in health, education, and employment, and even within families, they are given lower priority. The organization was founded by Shah Rahman and a group of friends to promote their rights and provide respect in society. Today, it also works for orphans and widows, aiming to unite disabled workers on a single platform to improve their dignity and quality of life.
