Rifa Development Organization was established in Bilawal Jokhio Goth, a disadvantaged and working-class community, to address public welfare issues. The organization works to provide basic facilities such as education, electricity, Sui gas, clean water, sewage, and health services. RDO serves the community without discrimination, actively contributing to local development. It maintains strong relations with all relevant organizations and strives to improve the living conditions of its residents as a primary responsibility.
