Karachi, home to around 20 million people, is grappling with a governance crisis marked by poor service delivery and unplanned urbanization. These development shortcomings have led to social, economic, and environmental vulnerabilities that are likely to worsen the impact of climate change-related events. This report aims to identify and highlight these vulnerabilities, with the goal of sparking discussion and action on climate change adaptation measures in the city.
