The Slumer Welfare Organization was established in the low-income settlements of Andhi’s outskirts, where basic facilities, education, and health services were lacking. Senior social workers, including the late Hazrat Ahmad Jadun, Dr. Wazir, Dr. Sher Afzal, Ishaq Agrawari, Riaz Ahmad Jadun, and Dr. Saber Jadun, contributed their efforts to improve local development and address social issues. The organization was formed to give structure to these initiatives, with Dr. Saber Jadun leading its establishment and local residents playing a key role in organizing and supporting the association.
