The Urban Resource Center remained active in tackling Karachi’s key urban challenges over this six-month period. The report highlights focused efforts on improving city infrastructure, addressing deficiencies in health, education, and transport services, and raising awareness about environmental and planning issues. URC continued its research-based advocacy, producing data and documentation to support equitable urban development and inform policymaking.

Community involvement remained a core part of URC’s strategy. Through public forums, school and college sessions, media engagement, and outreach in underserved neighborhoods, URC promoted awareness and encouraged inclusive participation.
