Dry Laundry Plant at Port Qasim – EIA Report

Dry Laundry Plant at Port Qasim is the subject of this Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, which details Procter & Gamble Pakistan’s (P&GP) plan to establish its first dry laundry detergent manufacturing facility in the country. Located in the Eastern Zone of Port Qasim, Karachi, this US$20 million project represents P&GP’s 30th such plant globally. The EIA has been conducted to evaluate the current environmental conditions, forecast potential impacts from the proposed development, and recommend measures to minimize any adverse effects.
