On 30 May 2012, the Urban Resource Center hosted a forum titled “The Energy Crisis and Its Alternative – Solar Energy,” with Arif Hasan and Mansoor Reza as the speakers. The forum focused on the growing energy crisis in Pakistan, particularly the challenges of electricity shortages, rising demand, and environmental impacts. Arif Hasan and Mansoor Reza discussed solar energy as a sustainable alternative, highlighting its potential to provide a reliable and renewable energy source.
