Water Supply Situation and Planning in the City

On 15 June 2011, the Urban Resource Center hosted a forum titled “Water Supply Situation and Planning in the City,” with Misbahuddin Fareed as the speaker. The forum discussed the challenges faced by Karachi in managing its water supply, including issues of scarcity, inefficient distribution systems, and the growing demand due to population increase. Misbahuddin Fareed highlighted the need for improved water management strategies, infrastructure development, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable water availability for the city’s residents.
